Requirements:
- Username + Password from Facebook account
- Have a Facebook page connected to your Facebook account
Start connecting Facebook Messenger:
- First, login to you Visito Account: https://app.visitoai.com/auth/login
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Channels” page
3. Start connecting your Facebook Messenger account by clicking on the green button: “Connect Messenger”.
4. Click “Reconnect” (Make sure you are logging in to the correct Facebook account in the top-right-hand-side corner)
5. Choose which pages you would like to integrate to Visito by selecting the ”Opt into current pages only” option, if you want to integrate all pages on your account select the ”Opt all current pages” option > “Continue”.
6. Review the permissions and click “Save”.
7. Your Facebook Messenger account is now connected!!
8. Facebook messages will now appear in your Visito account in the “Inbox” page.
