Requirements
You will need the following:
- An Instagram Professional Account.
- Access to your Meta Business Portafolio
- Facebook Page connected to that Instagram account.
Start connecting Instagram
- Login to you Visito Account: Visito Login
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Channels” page. (Ensure your Facebook account is connected to Visito before linking your Instagram account)
3. Start connecting your Instagram account by clicking on the green button: “Connect Instagram”
4. Click “Continue” (Make sure the Facebook page you login to is linked to your Instagram Account)
5. Login on ”Get Started”. This will allow you to login to Instagram and turn your account to a Professional Account if it is not already.
6. Login to your Instagram account
7. Choose the businesses affiliated with you Instagram page. If you have no business select ”Opt in all current future businesses” > “Continue”
8. Choose the Facebook Page(s) linked to your Instagram and select “Continue”
9. Select the Instagram page(s) you want to integrate.
10. Click “Save”
11. Your Instagram is now connected!
12. Instagram messages will now appear in your Visito account in the “Inbox” page.
