1. Go to Events: https://app.visitoai.com/outbound
2. Select “View Event”: Click on one of the active events.
3. Choose Dates: Select the date range you wish to review your guests' messages.
4. Check the Status: On the right side, you'll see two statuses:
Success: The WhatsApp message was successfully sent to the customer.
Error: The message was not delivered, possibly due to the customer not having internet access or not having WhatsApp. We recommend reaching out to these customers manually, perhaps via email.
Available timings for each event:
