Escalation badges now available on iOS and Android apps

Customers can now see total escalations (conversations that need human assistance) with mobile badges. This makes it much easier to manage conversations that require manual intervention and resolve escalations

AI agent builder from website data

A major improvement in helping customers get around the cold start problem of creating their AI agent. We help scan customer websites and pre-fill their agent with existing website data.

Visito is now available in Portuguese

Our website and apps are now available in Portuguese. This allows our customers in Portuguese speaking countries to be able to easily navigate Visito's suite of products.
