How to connect Instagram to Visito
✅ To make the most out of Visito, ensure that your Instagram and Facebook business pages are connected under a Meta Business Portfolio.
Both accounts connected; Facebook and Instagram.
❌ If your Instagram account is not yet linked to Meta Business Suite, follow this guide to complete the process.
Only Facebook connected; Instagram connection is missing.
Step 1: Log into your Facebook account

Follow the prompts, after clicking “Connect your Instagram Account”
Step 4: Select Your Active Business
✅ Desired Scenario - How your active business should look:
1. Both accounts, Facebook and Instagram, are connected.
2. Both logos (Instagram and Facebook) are in full color.
3. You can easily access the pages of Facebook and Instagram.
❌ In Progress Scenario - How your active business should NOT look:
1. The message "Connect to Instagram" appears.
2. The Instagram logo is greyed out.
3. You can only access your Facebook page.

Meta owns WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. To manage your Instagram and Facebook business pages through Meta Business, ensure they are connected under a Meta Business Portfolio at business.facebook.com.
If your Instagram page is not linked to a Facebook page in Meta Business Portfolio, you won’t be able to connect it to Visito. Meta requires every Instagram business account to be linked with a Facebook account.
If you don’t see the Meta Business Portfolio at business.facebook.com, you likely don’t have admin access. There are two solutions:
If your Instagram messages aren’t appearing in your Visito Inbox after multiple attempts, the issue is likely that your Facebook Page isn’t linked to your Instagram account.
Follow this checklist to resolve the issue:
