Requirements:

• Access to your username and password.
• An Instagram Professional Account
• Full Admin access to your Meta Business Portfolio
• A Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account.

Steps to connect Instagram:

1. Log in to your Visito account: Visito Login.‍

2. Go to the Integrations page.‍

3. Connect Instagram:

• Select the Instagram tab and click Connect.‍

4. Click “Continue.”

• (Make sure the Facebook Page you log into is linked to your Instagram account.)

5. Start the setup process:

• Log in to Instagram via “Get Started.”
• Convert your Instagram account to a Professional Account if needed.

6. Log in to Instagram.

7. Select business affiliations:

• Choose Opt in all current future businesses or select specific businesses.
• Click Continue.

8. Choose the Facebook Pages linked to Instagram.

9. Select the Instagram page(s) to integrate.

10. Click “Save.”

Success!

Your Instagram account is now connected, and messages will appear in your Visito Inbox.
