The Inbox is where you can manage all messages from your connected channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). Once your channel is linked to Visito AI, messages will be automatically handled by the AI.

Key Features

1. Contact Profile - View contact details, and if connected to a PMS, see guest info such as location, check-in/out dates, and booking ID.


2. AI Auto-Reply
: The AI auto-replies to messages by default. You can toggle this off when manually responding and turn it back on once done.


3. Centralized Inbox
: Displays contacts in order of recent messages, with the latest at the top.


4. Filters
: Sort conversations that need attention:

  • Review: Highlights chats needing human assistance. Mark as resolved once handled.
  • Manual: Shows chats in manual mode where the AI auto-reply is off.
  • Booking Offered: Displays chats where the AI has shared a personalized link for a reservation request.


5. Chat
: Engage in conversations and manually respond when needed.


6. New Conversation
: Start a new chat with any contact.


7. Resolve Escalation:
After reviewing and providing support, you can mark the chat as resolved.


8. Block Contact:
Quickly block unwanted contacts directly from the customer’s profile.
