1. Request the campaign template:

• Request the following resources:
  • MKT Campaign template:
    • Template in Spanish
    • Template in English
  • List of WhatsApp contacts from your Visito account.

2. Duplicate the template in your Google Drive

• Make a copy of the file: Instructions to duplicate a file.
• Set up sharing permissions: Instructions to grant access.

3. Fill out the template

• Copy the contacts shared by Visito into the duplicated template.
• Complete all the required information following the guides included in the template.

4. Send the completed template

• Share the link to the file in the initial support chat.
• The Visito team will review the submitted data.

5. Review and send

• If the information is complete, Visito will proceed to send the campaign.
• In case of questions, the team will contact you.
