The AI can share photos and videos with your clients through a PDF stored on Google Drive. Follow these steps to create and link your PDF:

1. Create Your Document: Use Canva, PowerPoint, or another creative platform to design your content.
2. Download as PDF: Save your document in PDF format.
3. Upload to Google Drive: Go to your Google Drive (link: https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive), upload the PDF, and click Share.

4. Set Sharing Permissions: Change the sharing setting to “Anyone with the link” > Copy link > Done.

5. ‍Update AI Knowledge Base: Log in to your Visito account and navigate to the AI page ((link: https://app.visitoai.com/ai). Paste the Google Drive link next to the relevant information on the left-hand side, then start testing the information on the right-hand side.

⚠️ If you've submitted new information to your Knowledge Base, click the Reset Conversation button in the top-right corner to refresh and start with a blank slate.
